Problem lies with Abrhamic Theology.Islam as a religion advocates killing of "Kafirs"[One who doesnt accept Islam] and it is considered as "Holy war" or "Jihad".So the problem lies with Violent and retarded theologies like Islam, Christinaity.It should be condemned just like communism is condemned.I have nothing but sympathy for Muslims as they are blinded by this hate ideology.Wish everyone in this world gets educated in Sanatana Dharma and follow the highest spirituality mentioned in our Dharma
